William “Billy” Dulaney Estes

William “Billy” Dulaney Estes, 69, of Lynchburg, departed this life on September 9, 2024.

Billy was born on April 1, 1955, in Fredrick, Maryland to the late Everett and Olive Estes.

Billy enjoyed his career at the U.S. Capital where he retired after many years of service.

He is survived by his loving wife, Janice Estes; two brothers, Steven Estes and Jimmy Estes; brother-in-law, Ralph Oakes; and many other loving nieces, nephews, stepchildren, grandkids, cousins, family, and friends.

Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Lynchburg, is assisting the family.
