Wesley Randall "Randy" Foster

Wesley Randall "Randy" Foster, 58, of Lynchburg, Virginia, passed away on June 25, 2025.

Born on February 10, 1967, in Lynchburg, Va. He is preceded in death by his sister, Wendy Michelle Whitmore and his father Elwood (Woody) Foster.

He is survived by his wife, Deronda P. Foster, his mother, Cathryn Tuggle, twin brother, Rick Foster, He was the proud father of two daughters, whom he loved deeply, Grace Foster and Suzanna Lockhart and his granddaughter Hazel Grace Loyd.

Randy will be missed by his family and friends.
