Virginia Padgett Creasy "Toodle"

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Virginia Padgett Creasy "Toodle".

Virginia passed away on November 14, 2025, at the age of 92.

She was born November 14, 1933, to the late Carrol William Padgett and Daisy Tomlin Padgett.

Virginia was the wife of the late Joe Creasy. She was also preceded in death by her brother Lewis Padgett and his wife Audrey Padgett and brother-in-law Willie Bibb.

Virginia is survived by her daughter, Pamela Via Shelton and husband Tracy; son, Gregory J Creasy and wife Janet; son, Roger G. Creasy and wife Elizabeth ; six grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one sister Janie Bibb. Also, a very special ex-son-in-law Tommy Via.

Virginia will be available for viewing at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg, on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. At the request of Virginia there will be no services.

Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Lynchburg is assisting the family.
