Thomas E. Evans, 84, of Richmond, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2026, in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
A committal service will be held on Tuesday, July 21st, 2026, at 2 P.M. at the Fort Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum, Lynchburg. Mr. Evans will lie in repose at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg, on Monday, July 20th, from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. for those wishing to pay their respects.
