Ruth Reeves Snyder

Mrs. Ruth Reeves Snyder, born in Alexandria, Virginia on June 7, 1935, entered peacefully into the arms of her loving Savior surrounded by her family in Goode, Virginia, on November 29, 2018, at the age of 83. A loving wife to Rev. Carroll “Chuck” Snyder for 64 years, Ruthie was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother who passionately served the Lord throughout her life.

Ruthie loved Jesus, her family, and her friends.  She also loved to sing. She had a song for everything, but her favorite songs were about the blood of Jesus and heaven.

Besides her husband, Ruthie is survived by her two daughters Charla Bansley and Daryl McCulley; her sister Carol Fenimore; her grandchildren Ruthie Wienk, Tom Toth, Evan Toth, and Alex Toth; and her great granddaughters Violet, Zoe, and Evangeline.

A memorial service, officiated by John WIlliamson, was held on Sunday, December 2 at 2:00 at Crosspoint Church in Lynchburg, Virginia.
