Robert William 'Billy' Trogdon

Robert William 'Billy' Trogdon, 77, of Lynchburg passed away Sunday, August 10, 2025.

Robert was born on February 11, 1948, in Altavista, Virginia, a son of the late John Edward Trogdon and Sallie Allison Trogdon. Robert was a professional boilermaker by trade, served his country in the National Guard, and was an active member of the Moose Lodge #1433 in Altavista, VA.

He is survived by his daughter Marcia Trogdon of Lynchburg, his son and daughter-in-law Zachary and Stephanie Trogdon of Williamsburg, VA, five grandchildren: Victoria Rosser, Skylar Unroe, Davis Trogdon, Allison Trogdon, and James Trogdon, and one great-granddaughter Rosie Mae Unroe and preceded in death by brothers John Edward 'Johnny Ed' Trogdon and James 'Cricket' Trogdon and granddaughter Amanda Kaye Rosser.

A memorial service will be held at the Altavista Moose Lodge on Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Interment will be held privately by the family.
