Robert “Bobby” Eugene Bishop, 67, of Roanoke passed away on July 24, 2020.
He was born on May 4th, 1953, to Forest and Elizabeth Bishop.
Bobby worked as a machinist and mechanic for over 40 years. He was known for his hard work and amazing strength. Bobby spent his free time woodworking, working on cars, enjoying time with family, and spending time in the outdoors. He loved old westerns and traveling to see new places. Bobby was always there to help family and friends with household projects, car issues or wherever else his help was needed. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, patience and generosity.
Bobby was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years Pamela, parents Forest and Elizabeth, and brother Eddie.
Bobby is survived by his sons Robbie and David (Malia), daughter Amanda (Stephen), sister Patty (Vincent), and grandchildren Justin Hogan, Ryan Bishop, Kayla Bishop, Zeb Bishop, Gabriel Bishop, Isabella Bishop and Josiah Bishop. Bobby was a loving father, husband, grandfather, brother and friend to everyone.
