Robbie Duff Perrow, 94, of Lynchburg, Virginia, passed away Monday, July 20, 2026, she was the beloved wife of Daniel Thomas Perrow, with whom she shared 57 wonderful years of marriage.

Born on May 23, 1932, in Amherst County, Virginia, Robbie was the daughter of the late Clarence Conrad Duff, Sr. and Kate Ogden Duff.

Robbie will be lovingly remembered for her unwavering faith in the Lord, her quick wit, and the joy she brought to those around her. She had a wonderful sense of humor that could brighten any room, a kind and generous heart, and a deep love for her family and friends. Whether through laughter, encouragement, or quiet acts of kindness, Robbie left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

She is survived by her brother, Clarence Conrad Duff, Jr., of Crossfield, Tennessee; her goddaughter, Jennifer Stinnett Winn and her husband, Bryan, of Chesterfield, Virginia; their children, Addison and Griffin, Griffin's wife, Riley, and their daughter, Josie Michelle. She is also survived by her godson, Mark Allen Watson and his wife, Brooke, of Erie, Colorado, and their children, Jenna and Reese. Robbie also leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and extended family members who will cherish her memory.

In addition to her parents, Robbie was preceded in death by her brother, James Herman Duff; her sister, Madaline Duff Stinnett; and her sister-in-law, Jeanie Arnold Duff.

Robbie retired from C & P Telephone Company (now Verizon) after 30 years of dedicated service. She was a faithful and active member of Chestnut Hill United Methodist Church and the Telephone Pioneers. Her faith was the foundation of her life, and she found great joy in serving others and being part of her church family.

The family is grateful for the care and compassion shown to Robbie throughout her life, including loving care provided by her nephews, Harry Stinnett, Jr. and Michael Stinnett, niece, Nancy Hollis, Heartland Hospice and the staff at Runk & Pratt. Though she will be deeply missed, her legacy of faith, love, laughter, and devotion to family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

The family will receive friends Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2026, at Fort Hill Memorial Park with Rev. Adam White officiating. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Chestnut Hill United Methodist Church, 4660 Fort Avenue, Lynchburg, VA 24502.
