Richard Novak

Richard F. Novak , 61, of Bedford, VA, died September 23, 2011. He was the son of the late John H. Novak and Mary Ann Dorcso Novak.



Richard was born May 31, 1950, in Penn Valley, PA. He was retired from his work in the Parks Department for the Lower Merion Township. Richard was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church.



He is survived by his devoted brother, John Novak, and his wife, Jacqueline, of Forest; and two nieces: Jacqueline M. Novak, of Forest, and Sharon L. Novak, of Texas.



There will be a Celebration of Life service on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at 7:00 PM at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Interment will be held at Westminister Cemetery in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.



The family would like to thank Father Richard T. Mooney at St. Thomas Moore, the staff of Carriage Hill Retirement Home and Lynchburg General Hospital for their care and kindness to Richard.
