Rachel Evangeline Travis

Rachel Martin Travis journeyed on to be with the Lord and to join her kin that went before her. Born and raised in beautiful Giles County, VA, her life was devoted to worship and seeking grace in the eyes of the Lord. She was a beloved Daughter, Mother, Wife, Sister, Aunt, Great Aunt and Grandmother. She leaves us with valued memories held close to the hearts of her family, friends and her church family. All who knew her for years or the briefest of moments remember her kind and gentle ways.

A memorial service will be held on Friday October 30 at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Tharp Funeral Home in Madison Heights, VA.
