Pastor George David Peters, 88, of Amherst, Virginia, went to his heavenly home to join his Lord and Savior on Friday, September 4, 2026.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 12 P.M., at Bethel Baptist Church, Amherst, Virginia, with visitation being held one hour prior. Interment will follow in Briarwood Cemetery, Amherst, Virginia.
