O.S. Noel passed away on June 3, 2025. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. He served in many fraternal and service organizations. He was blessed with many good friends and was one to all.
A loving and devoted husband of 36 plus years to his equally devoted wife, Judy.
A private ceremony will be held at a later date.
