Nicholas Anthony Simile, Jr., 70, of Lynchburg died in his home, Sunday, February 4, 2018. He was the loving husband of Darlene Shields Simile.
Nick was born October 24, 1947 in Pittsburgh, Pa., a son of the late Nicholas Anthony Simile, Sr. and Maryann Porter Simile of Pittsburgh, Pa., Nick worked as a Quality Manager with Framatome and was a member of Thomas Road Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife and mother he was survived by two daughters, Taylor Simile and Kathryn Dobrowolski of Lynchburg, one grandson Roman Anthony Dobrowolski and a full complement of family members and friends.
The family will receive friends tonight from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Tharp Funeral Home Lynchburg.
A Celebration of Nick’s Life will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, February 8, 2018 in the chapel of Tharp Funeral Home Lynchburg with Pastor Mike Dodson officiating.
