Mildred (Millie) Moss

Mildred (Millie) Moss born in Nebo, WV, she was the daughter of Scott and Hester (Tucker) Mollahan. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband John Moss; her parents, and three brothers Gerald, Earl, and Max Mollahan.

Millie is survived by her son, Fred Moss and wife Diane of Spring, Texas; granddaughter Amanda Holmes and husband Michael and their son Dashell; and granddaughter Laura Brown and husband Larry, and their daughters Addison and Mia.

She is also survived by her daughter, Kathy Davis and husband Doug of Lynchburg, Virginia; granddaughter Heather Tolley and husband Brian, and their sons Tyler and Hunter; grandson Michael Davis and wife Meredith, and their children Chloe and Chandler; grandson Adam Davis and wife Ginny, their children Bailey, Brandon, Carolina, Chandler, and Mason.

Millie worked as a bookkeeper and was devoted to her family. She found joy in gardening and was known for preparing wonderful meals that brought family and friends together. Her kindness and loving spirit will be remembered by all who knew her.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the caregivers and staff of Heritage Green Memory Care and Gentle Care Hospice for their support they provided during Millie’s final years. She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends.
