Marvin Junior Puckett
Marvin Junior Puckett, 37 of Bedford, died Thursday, March 24, 2011. Born April 27, 1973; he was a son of Marvin Leslie Puckett and Annie Marie Puckett Bruffy.
Marvin was an equipment operator for VDOT. He enjoyed motorcycles and was a member of the Moose Lodge. Marvin was preceded in death by his father, and a brother, Matt Hamilton.
In addition to his mother; Marvin is survived by his significant other, Melynda Cassidy, three children, Tony Puckett, Jessica Puckett, Brittany Puckett; siblings Hank Hamilton, Alaina Hamilton, Nick Hamilton, Sadie Hamilton; nieces and nephews, Tyler McKinney, Issac Hamilton, Kylie Hamilton, Eli Hamilton, Mikaela Elkins; and his step-mother, Ann Pennington.

A Funeral service will be conducted 11 AM, Monday, March 28, 2011, at Tharp Funeral Chapel with Rick Dellinger and Henry Solly Overstreet Officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 27, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Arrangements by Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Bedford, 540-586-3443.
