Linda Lovelace Gregores

Linda Lovelace Gregores of Madison Heights, Virginia, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. She was born in Danville, Virginia, to her parents, Marvin and Shirley Lovelace.

Linda was a bookkeeper for many years with Bowen Jewelry. She loved to cook, was an avid gardener, and enjoyed spending her weekends with her family and friends on their boat, Hardway, in Virginia Beach.

Surviving her are her husband of 31 years, Peter Gregores. Children: Lisa Smith (Todd), Lewis Wilson, and Christin Fox (James). She was preceded in death by a daughter, Megan Gregores.

Also surviving are grandchildren Carter Smith, Jackson Smith, Harlan Wilson, and Hart Fox.

Sisters: Marvis Lovelace and Rhonda Smith (Randy). Brother: Tommy Lovelace (Melody).

Services will be at St. John’s Episcopal Church, Lynchburg, Virginia, at 11 a.m. Friday, September 25, 2026, with Father Nicholas Bacalis officiating. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be at Tharp Funeral Home, 220 Breezewood Drive, Lynchburg, Virginia, Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 5–7 p.m.
