Letha (Scott) Noble, 94, of Lynchburg, VA passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 14, 2022. Letha was born on April 25, 1928, in Lynchburg, VA to the late Lottie Belle (Morris) Scott and William Horace Scott, Sr. A memorial service for her will be held at Noon on April 29, 2023, at Tharp Funeral Home, 220 Breezewood Drive, Lynchburg, VA 24503. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her name to ASPCA or Alzheimer’s Association.
