Kenneth E. Oliver, III., 47, of Bedford, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2019 at his residence. Born August 4, 1971 in Fairfax, he was the son of Brenda Hensley Oliver and the late Kenneth E. Oliver, Jr. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
