Keester McGuire

Keester McGuire, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on December 28, 2025, at the age of 77.

Born June 18, 1948, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, James Goodman; his mother, Deloris Goodman; his son, Ed McGuire; and his brothers, Bobby Goodman and Wayne Goodman.

He is lovingly remembered by his children, Adam and Destiny McGuire, Joey McGuire, and Andy McGuire. He also leaves to cherish his memory his grandchildren, Owen McGuire, Madison Sims, Alison Sims, and Harleigh McGuire, who were a great joy in his life.

He is also survived by his siblings, Ray Goodman, Sheila Goodman, and Marie Dryden, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members who will miss him dearly.

He loved the Lord, his family, and the open road. Driving trucks was more than a job, it was a passion that reflected his hardworking spirit and love for independence. He also had a deep appreciation for Harley-Davidson motorcycles, enjoying the freedom and pride they represented.

A celebration of life will be held at a later time.
