Johnny Holt Cavin, Sr., 28, of Lynchburg passed away Monday, June 16, 2014. He was the husband of Stacie Cavin.
Born December 23, 1985, he was a 2004 Jefferson Forest High School graduate.
Johnny also leaves behind to cherish his memory his two sons; Johnny H. Cavin Jr., Wyatt J. Cavin; his father; Johnny M. Cavin, his mom, grandparents and siblings.
Johnny was a Staff Sergeant in the U.S.M.C. where he served his country for 10 years, he was very proud to be an American and a Marine. In his off duty time he loved to go fishing, hiking, and canoeing. He was very good with computers and loved tinkering with anything mechanical.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at Culpeper National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m, Tuesday June 24, 2014 at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg.
