Jeffrey Donnell Calloway II, 30 years old of Lynchburg, Virginia, passed away on February 11, 2026. He was the son of Martha Ann Meadows and Jeffrey Donnell Calloway Sr.

Jeffrey was born on July 19,1995, in Richmond, Viginia to Martha and Jeffrey Calloway.

Jeffrey loved the Lord first and excepted Christ at the age 13. He loved his two children and was a good father. As a young boy and teenager, he played basketball, baseball, wrestling and football. He held several jobs working with his hands and had a great sense of direction. He was a good cook, and loved hunting and fishing. Jeffrey would tell anyone that he is "A momma's boy" and proud of it.

He is proceed in death is his grandmother, Dorothy Lee Meadows and his grandfather, Garfield Calloway.

Jeffrey is survived by his children, Dorothy Ann Calloway and Jeffrey Donnell Calloway III, and their mother Jordon Ellis of Richmond Virginia; his mother, Martha Ann Meadows; Grandpa, Clarence Meadows Sr.; aunts, Kathy Meadows and Wanda Meadows; and uncle, Clarence Meadows Jr. (Shirley). He is also survived by his father, Jeffrey Donnell Calloway, Sr. (Shelia); his grandmother, Dr. Mable Calloway; great-aunt, Harriette Phelps; aunt, Janet Brown (Pastor Adolph Brown); uncles James D.

Calloway (Kelly) and Garfield Calloway Jr. (Andra); stepbrothers, Shannon Powell, Shamon Powell, and Shawna Powell; and a host loving family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Tharp Funeral Home with Pastor Marcin Wilson officiating.
