Jack Dempsey Franklin Jr., 80, of Monroe, VA, passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2025.

A visitation will be on Tuesday, October 2, 2025 from 5 - 7pm at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg.

A service will be on Wednesday October 8, 2025 at Galilee Baptist Church at 1 pm.
