Gregory Keith Peery, 61, of Lynchburg, died Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at Avante Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born May 31, 1951 in Lynchburg to the late Elbert Matthew Peery, Sr. and Laura Martin Peery.
He is preceded in death by a brother, Michael Allen Peery.
He is survived by sister Judith Haden, brothers Elbert "Bert" Peery Jr. and Donald Wayne Peery, and daughter Lisa Peery Wilson.
Abiding by his wishes, there will be no service and his ashes will be scattered in the beautiful Virginia Mountains in the fall.
