Grace Ann Wert

Grace Ann Wert, age 4 months, passed away on July 11, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. She received total healing from Jesus as she passed peacefully at the UVA hospital in the arms of her parents.

Grace was born on March 7, 2025. Her first name was chosen as a testimony to God’s amazing grace in the lives of her parents. She shares her middle name “Ann” with her great-aunt Kresti, who is now in remission from cancer herself.

Grace is survived by her loving family, including her parents Andrew and Katy Wert, sisters Alice and Adelaide, and grandparents Patrick and Cindy Voelker and Mike and Jodie Wert.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Heritage Baptist Church on Monday, July 28, 2025 at 3:00 PM, with a livestream link available. The service is open to all who have experienced the joy of little Grace, and we would love for you to celebrate with us. Please expect a joyful service appropriate for all ages; there is no need to wear black.
