Forest Edward Payne, 84, of Richmond, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 6, 2026, and went to be with the Lord. He was born on November 23, 1941, in Campbell County, Virginia, and was preceded in death by his parents, Harrison and Frances Payne.
Forest leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.
