Edward Landgrebe

Edward John Landgrebe, Jr., 87, of Callands, Virginia, passed away Friday, April 10, 2026. He was the husband of the late Helen Landgrebe.

Edward was born in Greenwich, Connecticut, on May 11, 1938, a son of the late Edward John Landgerbe, Sr., and Madeline Clark Landgrebe. Edward was a professional auto mechanic by trade and was an avid sportsman. He hunted with bow & arrow as well as rifles. Edward was an expert in rebuilding old cars and gifted at rebuilding and restoring manufactured housing.

He is survived by his three children: Theresa Gladfelder, John Landgrebe, James Landgrebe, and his brother George Landgrebe and wife Barbara. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two children: William Landgrebe and Jean Marie Landgrebe.

The family will hold a private memorial service for Edward at a later date in Connecticut.
