Edna Elsea Ouellette, 76, of Lynchburg, died suddenly on Friday, February 2, 2018. She was the wife of the late Lawrence Stephen Ouellette.
Born Sunday, January 11, 1942 in Chattanooga, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Marvin Elsea and the late Amanda Harell.
Edna was a loving mother to her children: a son, Lawrence Ouellette, II of Lynchburg, Va., her daughters, Donna Coats of Oak Harbor, Wash., Ann Arnold of Lynchburg, Va., Patricia Ouellette Campbell of Amherst, Va., and Lauren Spencer of Mt. Airy, Md.. She is also survived by her sisters, Oma Ruth Parker of Chattanooga, Tenn. and Linda Joyce Harvey of Hixson, Tenn.; and her brother, J.D. Marvin Elsea of Hixson, Tenn.
A memorial service will be held at Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, 220 Breezewood Dr., Lynchburg, VA 24502 on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 1 p.m. with Reverend Dave Moquin of Lynchburg, Va., officiating.
Interment will immediately follow at Spring Hill Cemetery, 3000 Fort Ave. Lynchburg, VA 24501.
