Douglas Lee Walton, 57, of Big Island, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2023. He was the loving husband of Georgianne Dawson Walton.
Douglas was born on July 27, 1965, in Lynchburg, Virginia, a son of the late Herbert Augustus Walton and Frances Goff Walton. Douglas attended Thomas Road Baptist Church and worked at the Lynchburg Candle Factory. In addition to his wife, he loved spending time with his four-legged baby “Daisy”.
In accordance with his wishes, a memorial service for Douglas will be held privately at a later date.
