Dorothy Horsley Franklin, 90, of Lynchburg, Virginia, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2026.
A funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Lynchburg on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Chestnut Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
