Daniel Bernard Toms, 71, of Bedford, passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at his residence. He was born on May 30, 1949 to the late James Bernard Toms and Myrtle Mae Key Toms.
Daniel was a cowboy, he loved horses and training them especially. He was known for making the prettiest bales of hay and loved working outdoors and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Donna Parrish Toms; daughters, Denise Amos and Danielle Kernen (Joey); grandchildren, Callie Mae Amos, Daniel Amos, James Amos, Brittaney Kernen, and Natalie Kernen; great-grandchildren, Bailey Amos and Brantley Amos; and brothers, Don Toms (Laura), James Toms (Karen), and Dobie Toms (Lisa).
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 13, 2020 at Suck Spring Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Danny Holdren officiating.
