Ms. Cynthia Banks, 67, passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2024, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, May 5, 2024 at Tharp Funeral Home Lynchburg at 1:30 p.m. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior. Burial will follow the service at Clarkstown Cemetery.
