The life and memory of Chester Floyd Cartrett Jr., will be celebrated at the home of Joe and Lora Cartrett, at 3645 Stonewall Road, Concord, VA 24538 on Saturday, July 23rd, at 10 a.m. please dress casual, and bring bag chairs, as we will celebrate outside, followed by lunch.
