Charles Richard Wilson, Jr.

Charles “Richard” Wilson Jr., 79, of Lynchburg, transitioned into his heavenly home on Monday, August 19, 2024. 

Richard was born March 27, 1945 in North Carolina, a son of the late Charles Richard Wilson, Sr. and Merle Elizabeth Thomas Wilson. He was retired from Boxley where he was a heavy equipment operator for many years.

He is survived by his sisters, Diana Bradley and Nancy Ingram, nephews Mike Ballas (Paula), Michael Ingram Jr., and Brandon Wilson, niece Amy Lowe (Tommy) and a host of great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Wilson.
