Carlotta Kay Weigle, born on January 16, 1958, in Somerset, Pennsylvania, passed away on December 5, 2024, in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Carlotta was known for her kindness and love for her family. Her devotion extended to her beloved dogs, CJ and Mayzee, who brought her much joy. She also had a fulfilling career with Aerofin for 48 years.
She is survived by her parents, Charles Weigle, and Dolores Koontz Weigle of Lynchburg, and her sister, Cheryl Sanderson and her husband, David of Buchanan.
A memorial gathering will be held at Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Lynchburg, VA on December 11, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Carlotta will be remembered for her warm spirit, her close bond with family, and her gentle heart.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Samaritan’s Purse, PO Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607.
Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Lynchburg, is assisting the family.
