Carla Ann Dixon Arrington, 66, of Bedford passed away on Monday, July 10, 2023, at Oakwood Manor Health and Rehabilitation. She was born on October 21, 1956, to the late Bowie O’Neil Dixon, Sr. and Eleanor Marie Ortman Dixon.
She is survived by her children, Eric Dixon, Tiffany Mires and Carl Arrington, III (Rebecca); siblings, Delores Marie Haynes, Bowie Dixon, Jr. and Dale Patrick Dixon and former husband, Carl V. Arrington, Jr.
