Brenda Miller

Brenda Joyce Brown-Miller, 72, of Lynchburg, Virginia passed away on August 19, 2025. She was the daughter of Alphonso James Brown and Corine Johnson Brown, and the wife of Robert Miller.

Brenda was a member of Forest Level Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with her family, like playing games on the computer and watching wrestling.

In addition to her predeceased parents; predeceased husband Robert Miller; predeceased son MarQue Swain, predeceased sister Joann Blake; Brenda is survived by her children: Tonya Booker; Tamika Perkins: Sharlita Swain; her grandchildren:Onrico Ellis; Sierra Paige; Jessie Paige Jr.; Raeshawn Ellis; Aaliyah Paige;Sommore Swain; Damian Ellis; Tamia Ellis; Tiara Ellis; Ti’Azha; Trai ’Yanna; great-grandchildren; Trion Ellis; O’Mari Ellis; Onyx Ellis; Dylanne Wright; Karmello Swain; her siblings: Dorothy Marshall; David Brown; Joan Goode; Robbin Wright; Rev Dr. Phillip Brown(Sharon); and many loving friends in the community.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, August 24, 2025 at 1:00P.M. at Tharp Funeral Home Lynchburg Chapel.
