Bonnie Witt, 73, of Roanoke, Virginia, passed away on October 13, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born in Roanoke, Bonnie dedicated nearly 40 years of her life to nursing, caring for others with compassion, kindness, and a giving heart. Helping people was more than her career; it was a reflection of who she was. After spending so many years caring for others, Bonnie will be remembered for the lives she touched and the love she shared.

Her greatest legacy is the love she leaves behind for her sons, Chris and Curtis, who will forever cherish their memories of their mother. Though saying goodbye is heartbreaking, her love, strength, and caring spirit will live on in their hearts.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Riverland Road Baptist Church, 459 Riverland Rd SE, Roanoke, VA 24014. Family and friends are welcome to gather to honor Bonnie's life and share memories of a woman who gave so much of herself to others.

After nearly 40 years of caring for others, Bonnie leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and kindness that will never be forgotten.
