Betty Banton Thomas was born in Lynchburg, Virginia on November 12, 1945, and passed away peacefully on August 13, 2024.
She is survived by her loving husband Sterling Thomas, sons Chris (Pam) and Mike (Brittany), and grandsons Benjamin and Bentley. She is also survived by her sister Linda Elliott, brothers Sammy Banton (Sandy) and Dwayne Banton, and sister-in-law Norma Snowden.
The family would like to thank the staff at Forest Health and Rehab for their kindness and loving care shown to Betty.
A visitation will be held at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg, on Monday, Aug. 19, 2024 from 6 P.M.- 8 P.M.
Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Lynchburg, is assisting the family.
