Betty Lacy Kendrick

Betty Lacy Kendrick, age 77, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Edith Woodson Lacy Stores and James Anderson Lacy. Betty was also the beloved wife of the late Samuel Kendrick.

In addition to her parents and husband, Betty was preceded in death by two sisters, Gloria Hendrix and Brenda Cunningham; and one brother, Brad Lacy.

She loved animals, especially cats and dogs. Betty had a heart for people and was willing to help anyone that she could.

Betty is survived by her two sons, Eric Kendrick and Keith Kendrick: seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson, whom she loved very much. One brother, Steve Lacy (Priscilla), and one sister, Zelma Stevens (Sam), and other relatives and friends.
