Begita Felipa Watson

Begita Felipa Watson, 61, of Lynchburg, Virginia passed away on September 30th, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Clinton Watson and Rebecca Marshall.

Begita was born on March 20, 1965, in Lynchburg, VA, to Clinton Watson and Rebecca Watson (Marshall). She graduated from E.C. Glass High School and went on to graduate from Virginia Tech in 1991 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Soon after, she moved to Georgia where she would work for Kroger for 27 years.

Begita was a self proclaimed “foodie”, enjoying the culinary exploits of different countries. She combined the love of food with her interest in photography to establish her Instagram account (bebodacious678), in which she posted both her own creations as well as profiling some of her favorite places.

Begita is preceded in death by: Clinton Allen Watson Sr., Rebecca Watson, Charlie Lee Marshall, and a host of other Aunts and Uncles

Begita is survived by her son, Josef Girma, her siblings, Clinton Watson Jr, Veronica Callaham, and many other loving family members and friends.
