Barbara Jean Chelluck
Barbara Jean Chelluck of Vinton, Va., went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 11th, 2018.
Barbara was born in Roanoke, Va., to the late Ruth Robinette. She was predeceased by her twin brother, Billy Joe Robinette, Claude “Pappy” Robinette, Nancy Richardson, and her best friend Patricia “Pat” Dudley.
She is survived by her daughters Ruth “Cookie” Robinette, of Roanoke, Va., and Angela Crutchfield, of Roanoke, Va.; Grandchildren: Dakota “Cody” Robinette and fiancée Michelle Hayes, of Richmond, Va., Alexis Slusser, Dylan Kekoa, and Jacob Robinette, all of Vinton, Va. She is also survived by brothers: Guy Robinette and wife Debbie, of Blue Ridge, Va., and James Robinette and wife Grisell, of Roanoke, Va. Cherrie Doss Andrews and Vickie Doss Perdue are acknowledged as Barbara’s dear lifelong friends. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
There will be a family memorial service Sunday between 1pm-2pm at Tharp Funeral Home in Bedford, Va. Barbara was a Mom to many, a Gammy that will never be forgotten, and will be deeply loved and missed forever.
