In Loving Memory of Our Beloved Son, Brother, and Baby Boy Dakota Rayne Holton “Baby Reckless”

Our precious son, Dakota Rayne Holton, lovingly known as “Baby Reckless,” was cherished from the very beginning. On July 16, 2026, we said goodbye to our sweet baby boy far sooner than we ever imagined.

Dakota was the beloved son of Joshua Logan Holton and Brianna Nicole Updike. Though our time with him was far too short, he was already deeply loved, wanted, and a cherished part of our family.

Dakota was a beloved little brother to Aden Updike, Elijah Martin, and Rylee Tuck. Though they will not get to grow up with him here on Earth, Dakota will forever be their baby brother and a precious part of their family.

Dakota was also welcomed into Heaven by his two uncles, Dakota Wayne Gray and Aden Michael Wade, who were there to meet him and hold him close.

Our sweet Baby Reckless, we never got to hold you in our arms, but we will carry you in our hearts for the rest of our lives. We had already begun dreaming about you, loving you, and imagining the life we would share with you. Even though your time with us was brief, you made an everlasting impact on our hearts.

You will always be our son. You will always be a little brother. You will always be our precious Baby Reckless.

We love you, Dakota Rayne. We miss you more than words can say. Until we meet again, you will forever be a part of us.
