Anthony Wayne Cupec

With heavy hearts, we announce the tragic passing of Anthony Wayne Cupec, who left this world far too soon on October 8th, 2025, at the age of 45. Tony was a vibrant soul whose life touched the hearts of many. 

Tony grew up in a loving family, cherished by his parents, Ronald and Wanda Cupec. Tony found his soulmate in Melinda Privett. As a devoted husband, he was always striving to create a nurturing home for Melinda and her children. He is survived by his beloved wife Melinda, and his cherished step-children: Lydia, Landon, Lily, Luke and step-granddaughter Ashlynn. Tony loved each of them deeply and took great pride in being a supportive and caring stepfather. He was a devoted brother to Lesley Barnes (Josh) and a proud uncle to his niece and nephew, Riley and Corbin Price. 

Though Tony’s life was tragically cut short by an act of violence, his spirit remains vibrant in the stories shared by family and friends who remember him as a loving and loyal individual. He had a unique ability to connect with people, whether it was through a joke, a kind word, or simply his infectious smile. 

His funeral service will be a private gathering, allowing those who knew him best to honor his memory. 

Tony, you will be deeply missed, but your laughter and love will forever resonate in our hearts.
