Jennifer Hileman McFaden has been working for Tharp Funeral Home as Office Manager since 2002.

A Lynchburg resident since 1982, Jennifer is a native of Texas where much of her family resides. She is a graduate of Holy Cross Regional School and Mary Washington College. She is actively involved with the Heart of Virginia Parrot Head Club, Relay for Life, Habitat for Humanity, is a Supervisor at Friday Cheers for Lynch.s Landing, and is a regular blood donor for the American Red Cross.

She and her husband, Buzz, enjoy traveling, going to Lynchburg Hillcats games, and to see plays at the Renaissance Theatre. Her hobbies include volleyball, softball, and photography.
